The Gospel Message - Finding Answers to Life's Most Important Questions

Where Did I Come From?

God created the world by the spoken word, and that includes you. At first everything was perfect, exactly as God made it. But now we all make wrong choices and commit wrong actions that break God's Moral Law. We live in God's world but go our own way. We fail to live up to God's holy standards, and so we're guilty. (Eph 2:1-3) The Bible calls this "sin." Our sin separates us from God and makes us His enemy. (Rom 6:23) God warns that He will send us to Hell forever if our sin isn't paid for. (Rev 20:11-15)

Why Am I Here?

God loves you very much and wants you to love Him in return. You're here because of His love, His design is that you would honor Him and His desire is to have a personal relationship with you. But our sin has separated us from God and the Bible says we're unable to save ourselves by meeting God's standard of perfection. (Rom 3:23) Thankfully, what you were unable to do, God the Son, Jesus did by coming to Earth to die on the cross for you. He took the punishment for your sin and then rose victoriously from the dead. Jesus became the way between God the Father and you. (John 3:16)

Where Am I Going?

If you don't come to God through Jesus, you will never know God personally and your life will have no lasting value. When you die you'll be separated from God forever in the lake of fire called Hell. This is the just punishment for your sin. (Romans 6:23; Revelation 14:10-11)

How Do I Find My Way to God?

1) Admit that you're a sinner and in need of a Savior (Romans 3:23)

2) Agree with God that you deserve His judgment in Hell forever (Rev 14:10-11)

3) Repent of your sins and believe (have faith) that when Jesus (God the Son) died on the cross He took the punishment for all your sin and He rose to life again to conquer death and to give you new life (Rom 10:9-10; John 1:29). Surrender your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior (Matt 10:32-39)
